When you're in Beachwood , you have arrived! SUMMER DAY CAMPS RESIDENT REGISTRATION BEGINS DECEMBER 5 Beachwood Summer Day Camp registration for residents begins December 5. Register for Kidz, Bison, Sports, Teen Travel and Theater Camp between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at Beachwood City Hall (Recreation Office). Proof of residency required. An early-bird fee will be offered to all residents who register from December 5 – March 10. Non-resident registration begins March 12. FALL LEAF PICK-UP Leaf trucks are in continuous daily operation throughout the City (weather permitting). Collection is ongoing from one end of town to the other end of town. There is no need to call for a special pick-up. Place UNBAGGED leaves on the tree-lawn only. DO NOT PLACE IN STREET. Leaf piles mixed with other debris – such as grass – WILL NOT be picked up. After January 1, all leaves need to be bagged. Leaf bags will then be picked up with your regular rubbish on your collection day. Questions? Call 216.292.1922. INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS POLICE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION Beachwood Police Department is offering an entrance examination for a full-time patrol officer on January 30, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., at Beachwood Community Center.
